Fleur de Lys

Fleur de Lys unites people who care about the planet and its people. They are a UK based skincare brand that launched at the beginning of 2021. We were asked to help build the foundations of the Fleur de Lys brand creating the logo, brand guidelines and marketing collateral. The concept was to use artisan techniques in a modern setting our aim was to take this mix of traditional and modern into the visual structure of the brand. The logotype was a custom design using modern grid structure while retaining traditional calligraphic flourishes. The icon is designed using the same structure as the logotype. The use of traditional techniques and aesthetics in a modern setting runs throughout the brands visual language appealing to its target audience while considering the companies environmental impacts.

We are a fashion start up brand from London and Alister helped us design our logo, select our typos and set up brand guidelines. The experience of creating something new and working with a professional like Alister, helped us create our vision to reality. He is very meticulous and attentive to details. He impressed us with each mood board presentation, going that extra mile and identifying what is available in the market not just in terms of design but materials and textures. Thoroughly enjoyed this journey with asdesign and looking forward to working on more projects.
